Inspired by a text message from my cousin, expressing her excitement over something I texted her, which her iPhone then auto-corrected from Woo Hoo! to Wool Hippo! Thus an idea (and a new phrase) was born!

Your order, once placed will be shipped within 24-48 hours and your credit card wont be charged until it is shipped.
Can I return an item that I purchased on WoolHippo.com for a refund?
Of course! Wool Hippo wants you to be happy!
If for some reason within 60 days of your order, you are not 100% satisfied with your item, (and it hasn't been used!) mail the item back (along with the reason you are returning the item) and your credit card that you placed the order with will be credited with the amount of the purchase.
